Kenna Hope & Shelf Love!!

Good Afternoon!! Jon & I just returned from our niece Kenna's dedication & reception at Jeff & Danielle's house!! It was a wonderful affair!! Unfortunately, I only have a couple kinduv clear pictures, (unlike my usual collection of 50 or more) that I was able to take via I-Phone, my only picture taking device since my camera's fatal accident!! Instead I will steal...borrow some adorable photos from Danielle's amazing blog after asking her permission!! hehe. Isn't Kenna such a beauty?? Isn't Danielle a great photographer??

Also, I have been meaning to post these pictures of a shelf that I've been planning to paint for a month or so, but haven't had the chance, so I figured I'd make this a double post!! It's an old shelf that I distressed & am hoping to make a much bolder shade of something - most likely green, kinda like this, which is why it's covered in green paint chips. What shade of green should I paint it?? Dark, light?? Or should I go with a tan or taupe?? It needs a little more love!! Well, have an amazing week!!
